The delivery of my car was exceptional. I thought George Boulter went above and beyond in the handover process and made it a fun and very helpful to me. He set up the car with ease and demonstrated a number of the key aspects of the car.

I have been very satisfied with every experience I've had when buying my new minis. Scott Joy in Norwich has sold them all to me, he knows me, knows what I look for in a new car. He's not pushy but knows how to work customers. Brilliant service.

Brilliant care taken to make sure I understood how the car works as it is very different from the previous model. And the fact that I can go back for a 2nd handover is great as I have questions on things I have forgotten!

During the whole process we were kept updated on the car. When we picked it up George showed us everything the car could do. So that was a massive help! Didn't feel rushed or an inconvenience .

As above, but then when i eventualy spoke to Claire Hart, she was very helpful and efficient. She eamiled me, as promised. Tyres were fitted, per my quote and telephone call with Claire. I was happy with the fitter.

I was kept updated, the health check video I received was clear, and reassuring and the technician Matt Wilkins explained the issue with my tyre and showed me it had been repaired. It put my mind at rest.

Works well. Have not given 4 stars because despite booking ahead I kept getting emails reminding me my service / MOT was due. I was left wondering if my booking had been cancelled for some reason.

I forgot to book a loan car (which I always need) and service reception sorted out a lift both ways after I'd dropped my vehicle off and when it was due for collection. This was really helpful as I live 15 miles away.

Very satisfied. Only nice extra would have been to have the car valeted inside. I was asked if I wanted the car washed which I said yes to but the inside wasn't touched and the outside didn't look like it was washed well.

The video sent to me regarding the work required did not work. The video showed a 1-2 min generic introduction, which would then show move onto the video from the mechanic. This did not work.
