As above all the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and professional. Tom Smith talked me through all the different options, focussing on my needs and requirements and kept me thoroughly informed and updated of the status of delivery.

long wait time (no fault of their own - just what my car needed) but was made comfortable and there were no extra costs. the only thing is that the air conditioning was too cold!

I couldn't resolve questions on mini camera because technical guru wasn't available when we took the car for service nor when we bought the car. We waited for 2.5hours at garage and they knew in advance we wanted to see them. This was disappointing.

Tyre pressure "reset" needed due to warning message on way home after collection (checked with Mini first). Curiously, the price originally quoted (covered by my plan so no charge to me) was more than the amount showing on the final paperwork?
